A convicted sex offender faces new sexual assault related charges after Dothan police charged him with the electronic solicitation of a child for a sex act.

Court records show police investigators arrested Robert Blake Jones, 30, of Dothan, on Wednesday, and charged him with felony traveling to meet a child for an unlawful sex act and felony electronic solicitation of a child for a sex act.
