Authorities located Andre Underwood, 40, in an Austin, Texas, neighborhood Tuesday afternoon, U.S. Marshals said.

Underwood was indicted Jan. 8, 2010, in Elmore County on a charge of sexual abuse of a child younger than 12, ac­cording to District Attorney Randall Houston’s office.
