Matson said people begin to leave a digital footprint when they get up in the morning.

Texas authorities captured a registered sex offender from Alabama who had failed to ap­pear in court on a sexual abuse charge in Elmore County, ac­cording to the U.S. Marshals Service.

Authorities located Andre Underwood, 40, in an Austin, Texas, neighborhood Tuesday afternoon, U.S. Marshals said.

Underwood was indicted Jan. 8, 2010, in Elmore County on a charge of sexual abuse of a child younger than 12, ac­cording to District Attorney Randall Houston’s office.

A grand jury indicted Hammock, 33, on charges of transmitting obscene material to a child and electronic solicitation of a child. Investigators arrested him Wednesday.
