A suspected child predator who was a “most-wanted” fugitive when captured in Nicaragua appeared in federal court on Tuesday where he confirmed his identity and was ordered held.

Eric Toth, 31, a former private school teacher and camp counselor, entered no plea to charges of possession and production of child pornography.

Self-proclaimed “Apostle” Luis “Tito” Morales, described by authorities as a serial sexual predator who told girls he wanted to “break” them in order for them to become prophets his ministry, was convicted of child-sex trafficking charges Monday.

After hearing closing arguments and deliberating for less than three hours, an Orlando federal jury found Morales, who founded En Fuego for Jesus in his Ormond Beach home, guilty of six charges.

Pilkington, a Crossover Ministries client from Auburn, was caught after parents of multiple teenage girls reported that a man using the name “Bill Allen” had contacted their daughters on the social media site. Pilkington was ultimately arrested after Opp Police Department investigator Kevin Chance posed as one of the girls in a more than 12-hour online chat of sexually-explicit remarks. Pilkington, who stole a van to facilitate a meeting, was taken into custody less than 1,000-feet from a suggested meeting place.
