NORTH HIGHLANDS (CBS13) — A child porn investigation is under way at Hillsdale Elementary School in North Highlands after students were found passing around an inappropriate photo of a female student.

After phone calls today, the Twin Rivers School District confirmed over the weekend that the naked photo of a sixth-grader had been sent electronically to some students. This week, other students passed it around.

Gabrielle Molina was found dead Wednesday afternoon by her family, authorities said.

In addition to interviewing Gabrielle’s friends and relatives, police took two computers from the seventh-grader’s home to investigate whether harsh online messages and other cyberbullying may have been a factor in driving the young girl to take her life, New York Police Commissioner Ray Kelly told reporters.

At the time of his arrest, authorities called 22-year-old Roderikus Alloway a serial rapist and sexual predator. He has now pleaded guilty to five counts of first degree rape, six counts of first degree sodomy and one count of forcible sexual touching.

Even so, he appeared surprised when police showed up at his house in Kapa’a, Hawaii, to arrest him on charges of consuming alcohol while operating a vehicle and driving without a license.

“It’s unbelievable,” Godbehere told CNN. He says the video was meant as a parody. “There was no beer in that bottle.” Godbehere is due in court in June, and police in Kaua’i told CNN the case will come down to whether a judge or jury believes him.
